The ReachTV GenAI Ads Manager is the easiest way to generate commercials and launch them on Airport TV Screens in less than 2 Minutes
1. Type your business name into ReachTV's Google Maps-powered search.
2. Choose if you want to:
- Generate an Ad With AI
- Upload Your Own
- Create Your Own
3. Once you're ready to see your ad on TV, hit "Launch On TV." You will then be prompted to enter an email address and password to secure your account.
4. Now enter your budget, and we will tell you how many potential customers your ad will reach.
5. Finally, enter your payment info and submit your ad for campaign approval.

How Does Targeting Work?
Your advertisement will be targeted to reach viewers who are not only geographically close to your business but also across genres such as news, sports, entertainment, and food.
- Geo - Country, State, Zip Code, City
- Genre - Business News, Sports, Entertainment, Travel, Cooking, Lifestyle, etc.
- Content - In addition to ReachTV Originals, ReachTV’s current content partners include the NFL, NBA, WNBA, TikTok, LIV Golf, ACC Football, ACC Men’s & Women Basketball, FOX, Variety, Hollywood Reporter, Business Traveler, Billboard, Drone Racing League, the Harlem Globetrotters, Brinx.TV, and more.
- Audience - Foodies, E-Commerce Shoppers, Wine Enthusiasts, etc.
How Much Does Advertising with ReachTV Cost?
ReachTV does not charge any platform, subscription, extra user seat, or joining fees, so the budget users decide to set per campaign is the amount their account will be charged.
There’s a minimum $250 campaign budget due to needing to cover the expenses of running the campaign across premium CTV content.
Once the campaign has launched, you can increase your budget at any time, based on the results.
What is the Campaign Approval Process?
Once you hit “Launch My Commercial,” your campaign will be sent to the ReachTV approval team. The approval team will review the following:
- Creative - Ensure your creative meets ReachTV’s technical specs and brand safety guidelines if you upload your own.
- Campaign - Ensure your campaign is set up properly to achieve maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
The approval process can take at least one business day. ReachTV will email you when your campaign is approved and goes live. ReachTV prohibits advertising the following categories:
- AIDS/HIV
- Bipolar Disorder
- Brain Tumor
- Cancer
- Incest/Abuse Support
- Sexuality
- Substance Abuse
- International News
- National News
- Local News
- Unmoderated UGC
- Extreme Graphic/Explicit Violence
- Pornography
- Profane Content
- Hate Content
- Under Construction
- Illegal Content
- Spyware/Malware
How Long Will My Campaign Run?
The average ReachTV campaign will run for 14 days. However, if ReachTV reaches your target customers sooner, we will notify you when the campaign ends. You can renew your campaign at any time.
If you want your campaign to run longer or shorter than 14 Days, email admanager-support@reachtv.com with the desired date range.
How Does Campaign Reporting Work?
Advertisers will receive a report on how your campaign is performing via email and our reporting dashboards. The report will include:
- Performance by Channel.
- Performance by Geo-Location Where Your Ad Ran: Country, State, City, Zip Code
- Ad Impressions
- QR Code Scans
- Unique Visitors (These are viewers your campaign drove to your website. Requires a pixel. Reach out to admanager-support@reachtv.com if you want to add a pixel to your site)
- Pixel Conversions (See above)
- Total Spend
How Does AI Video Editing Work? ✨
After you generate an ad with AI, you can click "Edit This Ad" at any time, and you have full control over changing your advertisement's copy and photos used for each video frame.
Our AI Video Editor enables you to edit the script with ChatGPT, upload new images, or swap frames with our built-in “Image Service.” Just tap “Change Photo,” and you can select from other images or upload your own.
Once you are done editing your commercial, just hit “Save Changes,” and you are ready to launch it on TV!
Upload Your Own Video Ad đź“ş
Uploading your ad creative to ReachTV is simple. Just click or tap "Upload Your Own." You can then preview your video directly on the platform. Make sure your video is always:
- 1920x1080 or 1280x720
- 16:9 aspect ratio.
- Maximum file size: 100MB
- Ad durations supported: 15 or 30 preferred. 6 or 60 seconds acceptable but will generate fewer impressions.
